It features a 12-bar pressure-shock-resistant system, equipped with the MOST™ concept, approved by FSA from Germany, ensuring no mechanical deformation occurs during pressure shocks. The system supports applications such as top-spray granulation, wet-mass drying, and hot-melt granulation. With ATEX (Directive 2014/34/EU) compliance, the FBE 1800 X•ONE integrates unique C-flanges to prevent the external release of explosion pressure, X•ONE inflatable seals for low-pressure safety, and QASV (Quick Action Stop Valves) that contain explosions within 20 milliseconds. Additionally, the exclusive X•ONE command process control system facilitates secure and intuitive monitoring, adhering to GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11 standards. The fluid bed granulator is customizable with charging, discharging, and WIP (wash-in-place) systems, available in standalone or granulation-train configurations suitable for the pharmaceutical industry.
