The EURO 88 HSF by IMA is a flow wrapper integrated with an in-line, pressureless feeding and timing system. This design ensures the gentle handling of various confectionery items at high speeds. The HSF4 configuration caters to medium and large products with four servo-driven belts. Meanwhile, the HSF7 to HSF9 configurations are optimal for receiving products ranging from small to large, employing 7, 8, or 9 individually servo-driven belts operated by brushless motors. These configurations handle sticky and delicate products such as nougats and jellies with high precision, avoiding friction and damage. Additionally, a double lane variant is available, designed to handle two parallel product flows with up to 12 auto-tensioned, individually driven belts. Cleaning is made easy with tool-free mechanisms and auto-centering belt systems. With speeds reaching up to 800-1000 packages per minute, the EURO 88 HSF ensures efficient and reliable packaging for a wide array of confectionery products.
