The Jensen Moulding Line from Aasted is a compact and flexible chocolate moulding line designed to fit production facilities with low floor-to-ceiling heights. It operates with minimal noise and features a user-friendly HMI. The modular design allows for pre-constructed, high-quality components tailored to specific production needs. The line can operate as two standalone lines for simple applications or a single coherent line for advanced moulding. The new cross conveyor feature enables producing while cleaning or conducting maintenance, thus reducing changeover time. Suitable for a variety of products including solid moulds, inclusions, and FrozenCone® shell products, the Jensen line supports production capacities ranging from 200 to 2,200 kg/hour. Additionally, it offers increased output capacity with new 700×18″ moulds, achieving up to 2,100 kg/h for tablets and 1,800 kg/h for pralines.
