Manual insertion without containment breach
The KT2010 from Krämer AG is designed to inject test tablets from metal detectors into systems while ensuring a dust-tight seal. This insertion system allows manual insertion of test tablets without opening the containment, minimizing contamination risks. The KT2010 is compatible with Ceia and Lock metal detectors and supports both dust-tight (DT/HC) and Wash-In-Place (WIP) versions. It processes various tablet forms (Ø3-35 mm) and mini/micro-tablets (Ø1.5-3 mm) with impressive throughput capacities. The system is especially suitable for high-containment applications (OEB 5) with an OEB 4 to OEB 5 containment zone.
