The F-series Cushioned Pneumatic Vibrators from WAMGROUP generate vibration through the movement of an internal floating piston instead of impact between surfaces, ensuring quieter operations. These vibrators accommodate adjustable forces using weights (not included) mounted through a threaded bore at the end of the shaft. Suitable for coarse particle materials in feeder applications, they operate within a pressure range of 2-6 bar (29-87 PSI) and can withstand temperatures up to 200°C (392°F). Additionally, these vibrators comply with ATEX EX II 2DG cT(x), making them suitable for explosive environments. They serve as an excellent alternative to magnetic vibrators, fitting various sizes and material requirements.
