Cream preparation plant for wafer production

In the wafer production industry, achieving a consistently mixed and high-quality cream is crucial for producing uniform and delicious wafer products. Challenges include maintaining specific weight, ensuring homogeneous mixing, and providing continuous, automated feeding to the spreading machine.

Automates cream preparation and feeding

The Cream Preparation Plant CMA by Hebenstreit specializes in the automated preparation and feeding of cream for wafer spreading machines. The plant allows for manual or automatic addition of ingredient batches into a mixing container, which produces a homogeneously mixed cream. A high-efficiency turbine and rotating knife shaft ensure a light, fluffy texture within a mixing time of approximately 6 to 8 minutes. The consistent specific weight of the cream is a key advantage. The plant has different mixer size options (150 l, 300 l) and can handle batch sizes up to 200 kg. With a maximum capacity of 800 kg per hour, the system ensures continuous feeding via a double-walled holding tank equipped with an agitator scraper, level sensor, and cream conveying pump. This setup supports the uninterrupted operation of one or more spreader heads.

Benefits

  • Homogeneous cream mixing ensures quality consistency
  • Automated feeding reduces manual intervention
  • High capacity of up to 800 kg/h boosts productivity
  • Short mixing time of 6-8 minutes enhances efficiency
  • Versatile batch sizes and mixer options cater to varying production needs
