The P 1400 by Marchesini (Cosmatic) is designed to fill cosmetic pencils with a minimum diameter of 4 mm, including egg-shaped lip balms and back-filling lipsticks. Equipped with 96 metal and small silicone molds, the system features a 15-liter melting tank coupled with a volumetric or gear doser with two nozzles. It includes a hot wax dosing group and a silicone spraying system for precise application. Automatic loading and unloading streamline the production process. The P 1400 also incorporates a PLC Siemens control system for efficient and reliable operation. The equipment is suitable for the beauty industry, particularly for products requiring precise and consistent filling.
