The Cooling Tunnel Light by Prefamac is a specialized cooling solution designed for artisanal confectionery production. Ideal for biscuits and chocolates, it uses a conveyor belt system to guide products through one or more cooling zones. With belt widths of 400 and 500 mm and lengths of 8 and 10 meters, it is perfectly suited for small-scale production. Made entirely of pearled stainless steel, the tunnel is durable and easy to clean. It features food-grade PVC rigid covers that are removable for maintenance. Pneumatic belt steering and adjustable tensioning ensure smooth operation. The tunnel can operate with one or two cooling zones, each controlled by a digital thermostat, and uses either direct or indirect convection cooling.
