Continuous production fondant beater

Creating high-quality fondant for confectionery requires precision in temperature control and crystal formation. Inconsistencies in these parameters can lead to unreliable textures and quality, affecting the final product’s consistency and appeal.

Achieve consistent fondant quality effortlessly

The HFD III from Hänsel Processing is a continuous beater designed for the production of premium fondant. Its modular design allows for a product range of 50 to 4000 kg/h, making it adaptable to various production scales. The system works by gently oversaturating the sugar solution, followed by a defined temperature-controlled cooling of the rotor and stator. This meticulous process prevents uncontrolled crystal growth, resulting in a uniform crystal spectrum essential for high-quality fondant. The flow-optimized design further ensures there are no zones where crystals can grow irregularly. Typically, the HFD III is integrated with a CROSSFLOW® or ROTAMAT® cooker as part of a complete setup. Available in different sizes, the HFD III meets diverse production needs efficiently.
