The ConsiGma® Granulation and Drying (GD) Modules by GEA provide standalone continuous twin-screw granulation and drying operations. These modules ensure high granule quality within a standard bin-2-bin setup, making it ideal for pharmaceutical companies maintaining their current workflow. Available in three sizes, with throughput options from 5 to 120 kg/h, the system offers customization to suit various production needs. Equipped with Conductor 4.0 software, it ensures seamless control, reporting, and tracking. The system includes a loss-in-weight feeder, twin screw granulator, segmented fluid bed dryer, and granule conditioning unit. Optional features include pressure shock resistance and integration with upstream or downstream equipment.
