Compact chocolate enrobing system
In small-scale confectionery production facilities, handling limited space while achieving consistent and high-quality chocolate coatings can be a significant challenge. Maintaining control over product quality and reproducibility often requires advanced and compact systems that fit within spatial constraints.

Ensure consistent chocolate coating quality in limited spaces
The Minicoater MC from Sollich is designed for small-scale chocolate enrobing processes, efficiently providing high-quality coatings in spaces as compact as 0.8 meters. With its built-in Minitemper® Turbo system, it ensures perfect tempering for good ‘snap,’ gloss, and extended shelf-life of chocolate products. The system features modular construction for easy operation and cleaning, and it includes several patented Sollich technologies to achieve optimal coating reproducibility. The working width ranges from 320 to 420 mm, making it versatile for various small production lines. Additional accessories, such as a roller curtain trough and strip coating device, extend its functionality for partial and full coatings. Integration of a sieving station further enhances product quality by ensuring that the chocolate is free of unwanted particles.
