The Roaster 106 by Selmi is designed for continuous automatic processing of coffee, dried nuts, and cocoa beans. Featuring a maximum loading hopper capacity of 6 kg, it can roast up to 40 kg/h of various products like coffee, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, barley, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and cocoa beans. It uses a patented Vertiflow® air cyclone system to ensure uniform roasting. Programs are customizable to maintain precise control over roasting and cooling times, as well as the automatic discharge of the products. Equipped with new features, such as column filters for roasting and cooling fumes, an inspection window for the cooling chamber, and a product extraction cylinder, it offers enhanced efficiency and accessibility. Additionally, it includes a touch screen display for easy operation.
