The Chocolate Moulding Line One-Shot MKCD-F-450 by Memak is a versatile moulding system designed to produce an array of chocolates including solid chocolates, center-filled chocolates, triple-colored chocolates, and chocolates filled with cream, caramel, or granules such as almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, and puffed rice. The MKCD-F-450 supports a production capacity of 12-24 shots per minute, achieving an output of up to 450 kg/h. This line includes an integrated cooling tunnel that ensures proper setting of the chocolates. It requires a total power of 15 Kw and operates efficiently to meet high production demands.
