Carbonate, fill, and seal efficiently
The CF211 and CF212 Carbo-Fill® from OMVE provide a robust solution for carbonating and filling PET or glass bottles. These systems feature a built-in product vessel for convenient access and easy handling. Depending on the model, they come with either one or two filling heads, ensuring high throughput. Both models incorporate an integrated cooler and a CIP program with a spray nozzle, which simplifies cleaning and reduces downtime. Suitable for both premix and postmix carbonation, these systems can achieve a carbonation level of up to 11g/L. The CF212 model, equipped with an external pre-cooler, can process between 80L/h and 105L/h. Additional features include adjustable container sealers and the option for remote assistance.
