With a capacity of up to 2,000 kg/h for cocoa liquor and up to 1,000 kg/h for chocolate and compounds when using powdered sugar, it ensures consistent product quality with minimal maintenance. The direct drive mechanism, combined with its robust design, allows for low energy consumption and minimal wear. The CAO 2000 can be integrated with various mixers and refiner conches for versatile processing options and requires limited floor space without the need for a foundation.
