Fill and cap spouted pouches with precision
The Actarus by Tenco is an advanced automatic line designed for filling and capping Doypack-type pouches with liquid and semi-dense products. It features volumetric, pneumatic, or electronic dosers with single or double heads, allowing versatility in product types. Before capping, nitrogen or another inert gas is dispensed to extend the product’s shelf-life. All contact parts are made from 316L stainless steel and use gaskets appropriate for the products being packaged. The Actarus includes an automatic feeder, cap sorter with a vibrating base, descent channel, and a capping head with torque control provided by a pneumatic or electronic motor. Additional features include anti-drop valves, sensors for bag and cap presence, remote assistance, and inkjet marking integration.
