The system also includes a dedicated inspection for cosmetic defects such as cap scratches and logo tarnishes, with separate collection areas for bottles with only cosmetic defects. Compliant with GAMP, cGMP, and FDA regulations, the machine ensures zero interference from the environment and no vibrations. Controlled via an industrial PC, it supports audit trails, data integrity, and remote access in line with 21 CFR Part 11.
