Automates blini production with precise filling and wrapping
The ANKO Blini Production Line is a comprehensive system designed to automate the production of blini. This line includes a stable depositor to feed equal portions of filling and mechanisms to control both the weight and size of each product. The process begins with heating the crepe batter on a drum, followed by automatically dividing the crepe sheet into equal-sized pieces, ensuring uniformity. The wrapping device then rolls up the ingredients perfectly, sealing them securely. After frying, the products are crispy and not greasy, maintaining the desired texture. The entire system is optimized to produce up to 2,000 pieces per hour with a product size of 40 mm in diameter and 100 mm in length. This production line is suitable for producing blini and other similar products, ensuring high-quality output that is competitive with handmade variants. The line requires a minimum space of 7,500 mm by 1,300 mm by 2,100 mm and consumes 39 kW of power, with air consumption at 400 L/min at 6 kg/cm².
