The Aseptic Filler EA 2C D from Tropical Food Machinery is designed to handle the filling of various fruit-based liquids, purees, creams, and more. It boasts two aseptic filling heads with steam sterilization, mounted on rotating arms. Capable of filling pre-sterilized bags into drums up to 220 liters, it operates under strict FDA-certified safety parameters. Temperature control is managed by PT100 probes, and product dosage is accurately measured via a flow meter integrated into the PLC system. The device supports commonly used nozzles: 1” for juice or 2” for shredded or pieces. Besides positioning the aseptic bag, all filling operations are automated and controlled by a PLC microprocessor, complemented by an HMI touch-screen interface for monitoring operations and alarms.
