The Tetra PakĀ® Aseptic Dosing unit F is designed for precise in-line dosing of functional ingredients, such as enzymes, vitamins, flavors, colors, Omega 3, and probiotics, just before the filling process. This unit operates with capacities ranging from 0.5 to 30 l/h for dosing and can handle a product range of 1,000 to 20,000 l/h. The dosing system ensures the stability and survival of heat-sensitive ingredients by injecting them after the final heat treatment, reducing the need to overdose and thereby conserving expensive resources. The fully automated unit can serve multiple filling machines and employs a weighing system and flow transmitters to ensure high precision. The system’s closed ingredient package and aseptic transfer hose enhance food safety, while the recipe management system offers traceability and reduces the risk of errors. This unit significantly reduces cleaning requirements, saving both time and resources.
