Bottling solutions differ in product metering system, sterilization level, and bottle type and sealing system depending on your production scale and product format and regulations. Bottling

Rapeseed oil comes from the seeds of rapeseed plants. You clean the seeds before they undergo other processes to extract oil. There are two methods of producing rapeseed oil: one by cold pressing and filtration, the other by applying heat and pressing the seeds. Add a solvent to the remaining solids and wash it off as the oil goes through further refining processes such as cooling, bleaching, and steam distillation.

Petek Proces’s Vertical conveying solutions and Bottleneck steriliser are commonly used in hot fill project. They come with vertical conveyors which can be used for lowering, elevating or both functions. This solution also includes neck sterilisers which are commonly used in hot fill projects. It is mainly used after the product is filled and before it enters re-cooling tunnel. The container is twisted for sterilization to reach soaking of the bottle cap with pasteurized product and thus prevent the possibility of re-infection due to a not sterilized cap.

The Industrial bottle sterilizer is equipped with conveying belt made of rubbers applied to two chains that enable the lateral taking of the containers. <h2>Artificial vision system to inspect cap quality before capping phase</h2>
QT730-VA is an inspection system for cap quality manufactured by FTsystem using artificial vision technology. The system is available in different configurations based on the caps to be checked. The artificial vision provides a high-level quality control thanks to industrial cameras that, with the help of direct analysis, gathers information about cap defects. In QT730, caps are introduced and positioned in the star wheel via the integrated chute. As the wheel rotates, caps pass one by one under the camera that analyses them. The camera is able to detect for example overturned caps, ovalization, deformation, security ring or sealing ring defect/absence and contamination. Based on the caps and the inspection, in the standard configuration more cameras could be implemented. This particular version is recommended for flat caps, for caps that have an irregular upper surface like sport caps and for shaped caps.
