This reactor features a dual-jacketed system and pharmaceutical-grade 316L stainless steel, ensuring optimal temperature control and chemical resistance. With a volume capacity of 100 liters, it includes a sealed outer insulation jacket for enhanced temperature performance. The reactor’s interior is electro-polished, significantly reducing surface roughness and improving vacuum pressures, out-gassing rates, and pumping speed, which prolongs the lifespan of the reactor. Included are dual collection tanks with large sight glasses for easy draining without vacuum loss, and a shell and tube heat exchanger with 70 tubes to deliver the best condensing results. The system can be powered by either an electric stirring motor, compliant with UL and CSA standards, or a pneumatic motor approved for use with various solvents like Acetone and Ethanol. The equipment is mounted on a heavy-duty stainless-steel frame with swivel casters for mobility.
