The Innofill Glass DNRT by KHS is a short-tube filler designed for the fully automatic, computer-controlled filling of wine, mixed wine beverages, sparkling wine, cider, spirits, and alcopops into glass bottles. This filler is capable of processing bottle formats ranging from 0.1 to 1.5 liters at rates between 10,000 and 70,000 bottles per hour. The automatic correction function ensures each bottle is filled precisely, preserving product quality and reducing loss. The system’s consistent hygienic design minimizes oxygen pickup and assures the required sanitary conditions throughout the filling process. It features an automatic height-adjustable pressurization zone and precise broken glass removal system to maintain optimal hygiene. The modular design based on the KHS Innofill filler platform allows for configuration expansion, including additional closure systems if necessary. The filler supports the entire product spectrum produced by wine and sparkling wine bottlers and offers low oxygen filling for maximum product quality and pressureless filling up to 20°C for wine.
