The CWC 1000 from Caotech is designed specifically for wet conching of chocolate and related masses. This unit mixes and homogenizes ingredients while removing volatiles, acids, and moisture to improve the final product’s characteristics. The conching effect is achieved through thin-film evaporation, where a fast-rotating disc sprays the chocolate while pre-heated air blows over it. Capable of processing up to 1,000 kg/h, the CWC 1000 delivers consistent quality with minimal maintenance and energy consumption. The system can be installed on a mixing tank with a circulation system provided by Caotech or the customer.
