The VD5000 is a volumetric filler from Kulp equipped with a FESTO pneumatic system, designed for precise filling of liquids and semi-solids. The device can handle a filling range from 500 ml to 5000 ml, with an optional cylinder for 145 ml to 1450 ml. It features an 80-liter 316L stainless steel hopper, ensuring a contamination-free process through high surface smoothness and argon arc welding technology. The filler is adaptable with various interchangeable nozzles for liquids, viscous substances, or particulated products. The mechanism enables easy dismantling of parts for cleaning without tools. Operating on compressed air, it’s suitable for explosive environments (ex-proof). The VD5000 is ideal for the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries, efficiently filling products such as honey, oil, shampoo, and more.
