Vertical ultrasonic washing for pharmaceutical containers

Ensuring the sterility and cleanliness of pharmaceutical containers such as vials and ampoules is crucial during the aseptic fill finish process. Contamination and residual particles can compromise product integrity and pose significant risks to patient safety.

Cleans vials, ampoules, and more with ultrasonic technology

The Vertical Ultrasonic Washing system by Truking is designed specifically for wet and dry cleaning of various pharmaceutical containers, such as vials, ampoules, glass bottles, and cartridges. This technology employs advanced ultrasonic cleansing to ensure thorough removal of contaminants. The system is controlled via Industrial PC (IPC) with features such as Audit trail and data integrity to comply with 21 CFR part 11. It boasts a compact design, minimizing bottle breakage, and increasing production capacity. Efficient use of utilities and a dedicated fine washing station for WFI rinsing enhances cleaning precision. All collection tanks meet sanitary requirements and are easy to maintain. The design also includes separate nozzles for different cleaning media to avoid cross-contamination. Furthermore, an automatic pipe cleaning process ensures no residual cleaning media remains after a batch. The clamping design reduces the need for change parts and allows tool-less changeover.
