The thermal exchange is facilitated by an outer isolated jacket that adjusts the heating or cooling curve automatically, minimizing stress on the product and the machinery. An automatic pressure control enables vacuum operation, aiding in the effective evacuation or re-mixing of condensates. This makes it ideal for high-viscosity products that are difficult to pump. Additionally, the system can cool under sterile conditions, making it suitable for products intended for aseptic packaging.
