This system can produce square, rectangular, round, or cylindrical shaped sweets and lollipops in various wrapping styles. With a production output ranging from 350 to 750 pieces per minute, it handles a wide size range, ensuring efficiency. The system employs precision machined components housed in a solid cast iron frame lubricated with oil for longevity and minimal maintenance. An advanced PLC control system includes diagnostic features, and its interlocked guards ensure operator safety. The automatic operation, with sensors to detect product presence and initiate the paper feeding mechanism, cuts down on required manual intervention.
