The Axomix 3 – 15 from Axomatic is an engineered-to-order undervacuum homogenizer designed to enhance your production line for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and personal care industries. This equipment excels in achieving uniform texture and stability for creams, lotions, gels, and emulsions through its contra-rotating slow mixing with Teflon scrapers and a high-speed homogenizing turbine operating up to 3,000 rpm. This system efficiently manages mixing, homogenizing, and heating processes under vacuum conditions, ensuring optimal product consistency.
The Axomix 3 – 15 offers a mechanical vessel tilting feature to facilitate product discharge and an inspection window with integrated lighting for phase monitoring. With its mechanical lifting cover and central bottom valves, it simplifies raw material handling and final discharge operations. This machine is capable of semi-automated batch operations, with precise control over process parameters via a color touchscreen control panel.
