The Axomix 3 – 15 from Axomatic (Marchesini Group) is an advanced vacuum homogenizer designed for manufacturing creams, ointments, and other viscous products. It features contra-rotating slow mixing with Teflon scrapers and a homogenizing turbine operating at speeds up to 3000 rpm. The mechanical lifting of the cover and vessel tilting ensures easy discharge of finished products. The central bottom valves facilitate the suction of raw materials and discharge under vacuum. An inspection window with light allows monitoring of mixing phases. Optional features include check weighters, a cleaning system with spray balls, production data printing, and steam heating.
