The HHL-III Triple Shaft Mixer/Disperser by Hockmeyer Equipment features a center-mounted low-speed helical or anchor blade and one or more high-speed dispersion shafts. It is designed to mix medium to very high viscosity products effectively. The high-speed shaft ensures proper shear to disperse or dissolve ingredients, while the low-speed blade blends and folds the mass in the vessel, ensuring uniform product consistency. Patented scrapers improve heat transfer and aid in incorporating powders. This mixer can handle a range of material volumes, from laboratory scale to 3500 gallons, and offers configurations for both hoist and tank mounting. It is adaptable to vacuum, pressure, or atmospheric operations and can be built with either stainless steel or carbon steel materials. The HHL-III is ideal for applications such as printing inks, sealants, caulks, hot melt adhesives, magnetic media slurry, and more.
