The VarioSys® by Harro Hoefliger is a trolley-based, aseptic filling system designed for liquid filling in the SKAN standard PSI-L isolator. This system allows for rapid and flexible changes in dosing processes. Equipped with nitrogen or argon rinsing, integrated evacuation, gassing, CIP-SIP capability, and temperature monitoring, the VarioSys® ensures aseptic production in a Class A clean room environment. The ability to handle small batches and laboratory use makes it ideal for various production needs. Dosing accuracy ranges from 50 ml ± 1.5% up to 5,000 ml ± 0.3%, meeting precise medical standards. Additionally, the system offers compatibility with Bausch+Ströbel trolleys and features an optional closing station for semi-automatic port setting.
