The Natec Network Separating Machine is an advanced system designed specifically for separating packed cheese products from their packaging. This includes single individually wrapped slices (IWS), processed cheese wedges, and cheese in plastic cups. The capability to process different packaging types makes it particularly versatile. The machine operates with two distinct types depending on your throughput needs: Type 410, which handles 200-300 kg/h using a screw conveyor, and Type 1400, which manages 600-900 kg/h using a conveyor belt. The design adheres to CE guidelines and is optimized for compatibility with cleaning systems like the FreeFilter, which extends filter cleaning intervals up to 120 hours.
