The SAPOF Series from Accutek is designed for precise filling of liquids with low to medium viscosities, making it ideal for products that foam. The system features self-centering bottle locators and spring-loaded positive off nozzles to ensure accuracy. With a base model that includes a standard pump and two filling nozzles, and an option for a four-nozzle model, it accommodates diverse container shapes and sizes. The SAPOF can handle fill sizes ranging from ounces to gallons and is suitable for a variety of liquids including water, fruit juices, liquid soaps, and motor oil. Built with heavy-duty stainless steel, the system is durable and offers quick container changeovers. It is further equipped with microprocessor controls and a foot pedal operation for ease of use. The SAPOF can operate at speeds of up to 32 containers per minute (CPM) and supports both heated and corrosive products.
