Self-priming centrifugal pump for Cip solutions

Optimize fluid handling and cleaning processes with versatile, self-priming centrifugal technology, perfect for integrating continuous, high-speed operations in food and beverage facilities to streamline product transfer and effective CIP solutions.

Pumps, Mixes, and Conveys Liquid and Gas Media

The GEA Hilge TPS 3050 Series from GEA is a range of hygienic self-priming centrifugal pumps renowned for gentle and efficient handling of liquid and gas media across food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical sectors. This series combines single-stage centrifugal pumping technology with an optimized open impeller design, supporting operation pressures up to 16 bar. Its versatility includes applications in beer, dairy products, and CIP solutions, effectively managing viscosities up to 500 mPas. The pumps integrate seamlessly into production lines with a DIN 11853-2 hygienic connection, minimizing cavitation with low NPSH values and optimizing energy use via speed control or impeller trimming. Constructed with 1.4404 or 1.4409 stainless steel, the series ensures corrosion resistance and high-efficiency operation. The modular design reduces wear part stock requirements, while optional 3.1 certification and EHEDG compliance ensure reliability and safety. The GEA Hilge TPS is equipped with a removable mechanical seal for easy maintenance and supports automation with PLC control ready for integration.

Benefits

  • Ensures seamless CIP process integration, reducing the need for additional equipment.
  • Lowers operational costs with energy-efficient speed control and impeller trimming.
  • Mitigates cavitation risks with a low NPSH value, enhancing pump longevity.
  • Simplifies maintenance with a front-removable mechanical seal, minimizing downtime.
  • Complies with EHEDG standards, ensuring hygienic operation for food and pharmaceutical applications.
