The GC Granucheck sampler by Zeppelin Systems is designed for extracting samples from free-flowing, granular bulk materials and coarse powders. It operates effectively under normal atmospheric conditions or with overpressure up to 1 bar (g). The sampler allows switching between continuous and non-continuous operation to adjust the sample size through sampling duration. With its robust and compact design, the sampler can be directly installed as it is pre-piped and pre-wired for a terminal box. Stainless steel construction and weld-on connecting pieces in various angles and stroke lengths ensure durability and adaptability. The system’s electro-pneumatic drive and proximity sensors enable precise control of the sampling process, making it reliable and low-maintenance.
