It features a new dosing unit with all product contact parts made from stainless steel or FDA-approved materials. The system uses a mechanical movement for sealing, with adjustable sealing pressure via an expansion membrane. It incorporates a cold roller film drive system and offers options for cutting and perforation, simplifying cleaning processes. Additionally, it integrates a stacking and counting unit that can be connected to a cartoner. The system provides a display for setting the count number and includes a statistical check for sachet weight. With capacities of up to 75 cycles per minute, the MS series is ideal for medium and high production rate lines, ensuring precision and reliability.
