Rotary vial washing machine
When washing vial, ampoules, or cartridges for pharmaceutical production there is often a trade-off between cleaning performance and throughput speed. By installing a high capacity rotary vial washer, you can obtain optimum cleaning and sterilisation results combined with high capacity and fully traceable batch reporting.
High capacity rotary vial and ampoule washing system
The RA and RC series of rotary washing machines from Steriline are designed to process up to 9,000 pcs/h (RA) or up to 24,000 pcs/h (RC) using intermittent or continuous motion respectively.
All parts in contact with the interior of the containers and process fluids are made of AISI 316L stainless steel. Other non-contact parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Fully customisable, the washing cycle can include ultrasonic bath, recycled water, new water, compressed air, siliconization, hot air drying, and other options as required for your specific application.
Throughout the cleaning operation, the pressure and temperature of the various fluids are monitored to assure optimum performance. Vials or ampoules are processed undirectionally, avoiding any potential contamination.
An integrated control system, including PLC and HMI, automatically controls all parameters and can be tailored to various glassware sizes and types. Customizable washing cycles for different glassware are stored for simple recall on the password-protected system.
All Steriline RA and RC series washing machines comply fully with cGMP, GAMP and 21CFR Part11 requirements.
