Release agent sprayer for baking trays and moulds

In industrial baking environments, ensuring that baked goods are easily released from trays, pans, and moulds is essential. Traditional manual greasing methods can be inconsistent and time-consuming, leading to uneven results and wasted ingredients.

Ensures consistent, efficient greasing

The Release Agent Sprayer from Bakon offers a precise and efficient solution for greasing various sized trays, pans, and moulds. Equipped with specially designed adjustable spray guns, it delivers an even and fine film of release agent, significantly reducing the amount of release agent or oil used. The system includes an automatic conveyor with adjustable guides and proximity sensors to ensure optimal spray gun positioning. Available as both a stand-alone and in-line machine, it is customizable to fit different production requirements. The spray guns number between 4 to 25, covering working widths from 400 to 1200 mm. Additional features such as an optional exhaust unit for oil mist extraction and sliding collecting trays for excess spray make it a versatile and hygienic choice for large-scale bakers. Operating at a medium to high capacity, it can process 50 to 2500 trays or pans per hour. The Release Agent Sprayer runs on air pressure requirements of 90 PSI / 6 bar and voltage of 3 x 400 VAC + Neutral + Ground, 50 Hz, with tank capacities of 10 to 20 liters.
