Houdijk’s Product Manipulation and Stacking system is designed to handle capacities exceeding 1,000 products per minute per lane. This comprehensive system integrates multiple steps to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Incoming products are directed via a dribble board onto a conveyor with side guides. The lane pitch expands before the dribble board, avoiding varying travel speeds and migration issues. Intermediate metering conveyors maintain low and constant product speeds to match the row rates of ovens and loaders. For added protection, a Vision Selector can be included to ensure proper product handling. This system is particularly beneficial for production lines targeting smaller packages, where maintaining consistent loader speeds is essential.
