The StickCutter from Natec Network by Hochland Natec is designed to continuously produce sticks made of processed cheese. This system integrates forming, cooling, and cutting in one seamless process. Versatile in operation, it can produce sticks from processed cheese, analogue, or hybrid types. The lengths of the sticks can vary from 50 mm to 135 mm without any mechanical modification, allowing for flexibility in production. The cutter is equipped with an HMI (Human-Machine Interface) for easy format setting and adjustments. It can handle up to 1,800 kg/h and performs up to 150 cuts per minute, making it suitable for high-capacity operations. The system follows CE guidelines for safety and quality.
