The FreeSlice 800 by Hochland Natec is designed to produce Slice-On-Slice (SOS) cheese products, as well as cubes, shreds, and sticks. This system integrates a laminar flow setup to ensure a contamination-free environment, enhancing safety and reliability in cheese production. With its plug-in system, it includes an integrated cooling unit that eliminates the need for an external cooling medium. The vertical belt design allows for adjustable slice thickness and formats, while the fully CIP (Clean-In-Place) capable system simplifies cleaning and maintenance. The FreeSlice 800 can handle production volumes up to 800 kg/h, making it suitable for both full-scale production and R&D pilot operations. Dimensions are 5,700 x 5,000 x 4,800 mm, and it operates on a 400 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase supply. Additionally, it meets CE guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
