Automates cap placement and sealing
The press-on capping station by Della Toffola (Omnia Technologies) integrates a column featuring a cap distributor, a chute with a releasing head, and press-on closing heads. Using either a ‘direct pick’ or ‘Pick&Place’ system, it reliably collects and places caps. No cap is released if there is no container present, preventing wastage. The cap distributor continuously feeds the chute and is equipped with a ‘no cap’ sensor, ensuring consistent operation. An optional neck holding system is available for PET/PE/HDPE bottles. This capping system is designed for efficiency, reducing downtime with automatic refills and precise cap placement.
