This compact depositor employs servo-driven technology, offering accurate portion control through each nozzle port. It can handle chunks and particulates without damage, making it versatile for various applications. The machine features a computer-controlled servo drive with seven deposit modes, ensuring rapid and accurate dosing. Available with or without a built-in conveyor, it includes options for 6 or 8 nozzles and three product cylinders. With a 11 US gal (42 liters) hopper and tool-free, quick-change design, it minimizes maintenance and sanitation time. The system is further enhanced by a central console communication control box, built-in pan sensor, and PLC controls, supporting easy integration into different production lines.
