The vipro-PUMP series by ViscoTec is a modular dispenser designed to tackle the challenges of dosing adhesives and abrasive media with precision and ease. Its separable rotor assembly allows for quick installation and removal of components, significantly reducing service time and minimizing downtime. Variable rotor and stator materials enable customization based on application needs: ceramic for abrasive media and HVC for standard applications. Enhanced features like an enlarged pump inlet improve material flow, while larger bleed openings ensure a bubble-free dosing process. Additional options, such as a pressure and temperature sensor (flowplus-SPT M6) at the material outlet, allow for comprehensive monitoring of up to 40 bar and 50°C. The vipro-PUMP series offers dosing volumes ranging from 0.14 to 5.2 ml/rev.
