The Mobile Bin Blender by Agierre is designed for the efficient mixing and homogenization of dry powders directly within storage bins, eliminating the need for manual loading, unloading, and cleaning tasks associated with traditional tumblers. With a variable rotation speed ranging from 4 to 20 rpm, the blender ensures a thorough mix by rotating the bin at a 30-degree angle. The system is PLC-managed and features safety sensors and an electric lock mechanism for secure operations. Constructed with carbon steel internal framework, stainless steel AISI 304 external casing, and equipped with antistatic wheels, it allows easy mobility within the facility. Two models are available to handle bins from 5 to 50 liters and 20 to 300 liters, respectively, with a maximum load capacity of 150 kg. The design follows cGMP guidelines and complies with UNI EN ISO and ATEX standards, offering customizable options based on specific process requirements.
