Fill and cap spouted pouches efficiently
The Pouchélite by Tenco is a pneumatically operated manual system designed for filling and capping flexible Doypack-type bags with liquid or semi-dense products. Utilizing a Doselite volumetric dosing pump, it accurately fills pouches even at high temperatures and with viscous products containing particles or fibers. All contact parts are made from 316L stainless steel, making it suitable for use with food, cosmetic, chemical, and pharmaceutical products. Optional nitrogen injection before capping extends product shelf life. The unit includes an air motor with adjustable torque for capping, ensuring proper seal integrity. It supports various bag and cap formats, and accessories such as heating systems and conical feed hoppers are available to enhance functionality. The Pouchélite offers a production capacity of up to 400 pouches per hour for 250 ml bags and operates with a compressed air consumption of 300 l/min at 6 bar.
