The Pouchélite by Tenco is a pneumatically operated manual monoblock designed for filling and capping ‘Doypack’ type flexible pouches. Utilizing a Doselite volumetric dosing pump, it fills pouches with liquid or semi-dense products, including those containing particles and those needing high-temperature filling. All product-contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, meeting sanitary standards for food, cosmetics, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. The option to inject inert gas before capping enhances product shelf life. The air motor-driven capper features torque regulation for consistent sealing. Configurations include models with and without nitrogen injection and various accessory kits such as conical feed hoppers with optional heating and mixing capabilities. The Pouchélite operates at a production rate of 400 pouches per hour for 250 ml bags and consumes 300 liters of compressed air per minute at 6 bar pressure.
