The FLUIDOCAP F70 by ACG World is a fully automatic liquid filling system designed for two-piece hard capsules such as ACGcaps™ GL or ACGcaps™ HL. It handles a range of viscosities from 100 to 40,000 cP, ensuring it can fill capsules with pastes, thixotropic solutions, and hot melts. Its output ranges from 20,000 to 70,000 capsules per hour, suitable for medium to large-size batches. The built-in nitrogen or inert gas purging system supports the filling of oxygen-sensitive formulations, and the ‘no-capsule-no-fill’ sensors significantly reduce waste. Additionally, FLUIDOCAP F70 can also fill pellets, tablets, micro-tablets, capsules, soft gels, and their combinations in liquid, providing versatility in production.
