The SV by Marchesini is a semi-automatic system designed for the inspection of liquid, lyophilized, or powder products in ampoules, vials, cartridges, and pre-filled syringes. The system utilizes brushless motors to rotate the containers rapidly before inspection and slowly during inspection, ensuring complete control of the product. Operators inspect the containers through a magnifying lens, and rejected products are automatically collected in trays. The SV can operate in-line with other units or be configured for tray loading and unloading according to customized dimensions. It can be arranged with multiple inspection stations sequentially or in parallel based on user requirements. Operating speeds reach up to 100 pieces per minute. Suitable for inspecting extraneous particles, correct filling levels, cosmetic defects, and more, the SV supports container diameters from 8 mm to 78 mm and heights up to 250 mm.
