The unit features a loss-in-weight control system combined with optimized auger selection, providing accurate dosing with a standard deviation of less than 3%. This doser operates at a capacity of 100 to 1200 liters per hour for ingredient throughput and up to 10,000 liters per hour for product flow. The system’s compact design (0.9 m²) makes it suitable even for production plants with limited space. It integrates a turnable operator panel for easy access and flexible line layout, a lamella pump for gentle handling of ingredients, and options like ventilated lamellas and an insulated hopper to cater to specific needs.
